Compound Control: Supervise laboratory testing of raw materials (rheometry, viscosity, density) to validate physical properties prior to molding. Supplier Management: Audit suppliers of raw materials (carbon black, polymers, accelerators) to ensure batch consistency. Continuous Improvement: Lead projects to minimize defects such as bubbles, incomplete filling, or Shore hardness variations. Customer Support: Handle complaints, conduct root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys), and ensure corrective actions are effective. **Technical Profile:** Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
