* **Base salary**: MXN 30,000–32,000 per month, free of statutory benefits, fully nominal.
* **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
* **Work location**: Hybrid model, with offices in Naucalpan (2–3 days onsite)
**What We’re Looking For**
* 3–4 years of experience as: Project Manager, PM, Project Administrator, or Project Lead.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computing, or related fields (completed or near completion).
* Conversational English is highly desirable.
* 2–3 years managing IT cybersecurity, network, or critical infrastructure projects, including perimeter security (firewalls, WAF), endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), identity management (IAM), or network security involving brands such as: Palo Alto, Netscout, Fortinet, Netskope, CrowdStrike, etc.
* 2–3 years coordinating vendors and multidisciplinary teams (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analysts) and business stakeholders.
* 2–3 years using MS Project, Project Online/365, Jira, Asana, Monday, Planner, Wrike, and developing progress dashboards and KPIs such as: SPI, SV, P\&L, ROI, CSAT, etc.
* Solid knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Highly desirable: Implementation and/or maintenance of ISO 27001, ISMS scope definition, or risk identification and analysis.
* 2–3 years of experience managing medium- to high-complexity projects, leading teams of 5–10 people, and handling client incidents.
* 2–3 years managing projects with delivery cycles exceeding 12 weeks, including simultaneous delivery of 4–5 projects.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as RUP, Scrum, MOF, Waterfall, SDLP, etc.
* Experience reviewing activity estimates, resource planning, tracking requirements and work plans, milestones and critical path, internal testing, and delivery checklists, as well as documentation and manuals.
* Extensive experience coordinating and communicating with internal and external clients to ensure successful project delivery — on time, within budget, and within scope.
* Integration with frameworks: NIST, CIS Controls, ITIL; document management and evidence control.
* Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 27001 (Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor) are desirable.
