Description
We are seeking an **Industrial Engineering Faculty Member** with practical and academic experience in industrial processes, ergonomics, and time and motion studies, to teach engineering courses and guide undergraduate students in developing technical and professional competencies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Teach courses related to industrial engineering, safety, hygiene, manufacturing systems, industrial processes, time and motion studies, and project management.
* Plan, organize, and lead undergraduate student groups.
* Apply practical knowledge of industrial processes and ergonomics to enrich teaching.
* Evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate in the development of departmental academic projects and activities.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in **Industrial Engineering** and a valid professional license.
* Demonstrable experience in ergonomics, safety, hygiene, manufacturing systems, industrial processes, time and motion studies, and project management.
* Ability to manage student groups and foster an active learning environment.
* Prior teaching experience at higher education institutions is desirable.
