Professional development and internal growth Mexico City and Outlying Areas A leading restaurant-sector group is currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager with strategic orientation, operational leadership, and multi\-unit management experience. The position will be responsible for supervising the proper administrative and operational functioning of various units, ensuring achievement of business objectives, financial control, operational efficiency, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: * Operational supervision of assigned branches * Monitoring of sales, productivity, and profitability indicators * Administrative control and validation of cash register closures * Supervision of quality, service, and cleanliness standards * Implementation of strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs * Management and supervision of operational and administrative staff * Monitoring of regulatory, health, and tax compliance * Coordination with administrative departments and senior management * Analysis of KPIs and generation of operational reports Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Gastronomy, or related field * Minimum 3 years' experience in multi\-unit operations * Experience in the restaurant, food, or retail chain industry * Experience managing large operational teams * Knowledge of cash register closures, administrative control, and daily operations * Intermediate\-advanced Excel proficiency * Familiarity with POS platforms and point-of-sale systems * Willingness to travel Core Competencies: * Operational leadership * Results orientation * Decision-making ability * Organizational and administrative control * Analytical thinking * Profitability focus * Problem-solving skills * Stress management We Offer: * Competitive base salary * Performance bonus * Statutory benefits * Gasoline allowance * Work tools * Professional development and internal growth * Strategic involvement within regional operations Schedule: Monday through Saturday with operational availability.
