Customer portfolio management and commercial strategies An **AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY** company is seeking a **FINANCING COORDINATOR**. **Job Description** Provide **personalized and professional service** to customers **on the sales floor**, as well as **train, coordinate, and accompany the sales team**, offering support and advisory services to close transactions through the **development of financing plans**, enabling vehicle sales with **value-added products** and **insurance**, tailored to each customer’s profile and needs. **Requirements** * Education: **Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree** * **Strategy development and performance metric tracking** to **achieve objectives** * Customer portfolio and service management * Personnel management * **Automotive financing** (banks or financial institutions) * **PROVEN 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AT AN AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP** * Must reside near the dealership in the **North Zone: Gustavo A. Madero** Responsibilities * Achieve **successful sales closures**, including value-added products, to **meet commercial objectives.** * **Ensure** that all customers are quoted the **in-house financing option.** * Promote **product sales to customers and ensure business profitability.** * **Follow up** on each distributor customer’s **credit applications**, and jointly with the **Sales Manager, develop strategies.** * **Maximize vehicle sales volume** and contribute to achieving the distributor’s objectives. * **Keep the sales team updated** on **products and processes**, enabling them to provide accurate information to customers. * **Identify, manage, and segment the customer portfolio.** * Generate **F\&I Department reports**, aligned with performance indicators. **We Offer:** * **Monthly gross salary of $10,000.** * **Commissions** * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 09:00–14:00 hrs.
