Compliance with food safety standards and good manufacturing practices. 100% Mexican company specializing in the production of natural candies made from mango and tamarind pulp seeks: **Sales Assistant** JOB OBJECTIVE Analyze results and maintain statistical records to serve as the foundation for developing sales strategies that support company growth. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Comply with documentation requirements of the food safety management system. · Understand and apply the organization’s mission, vision, and values. · Understand and apply the food safety policy, objectives, and indicators. · Comply with guidelines specified in the list of controlled documents. · Apply and comply with good manufacturing and hygiene practices in the plant. · Complete all required records in the food safety management system fully, legibly, and ensure accuracy of information entered. · Understand and apply the organization’s mission, vision, and values. · Receive product orders from Sales Representatives; analyze based on sales trends and inventory levels; enter orders into the system for statistical recording and production scheduling. · Analyze sales results and prepare annual and monthly statistical reports. · Track order deliveries with Sales Representatives and customers to verify 100% delivery completion. · Continuously monitor various promotional campaigns managed nationwide. · Track customer accounts according to established payment terms. · Consolidate the department’s monthly results reports to generate graphical presentations. · Track sample shipments to various distribution channels. · Complete reports as assigned by supervisors. · Monitor promotions or commercial strategies and promptly inform the sales team. · Accurately enter each customer’s information into the database. · These activities are illustrative, not exhaustive.
