This role sits at the intersection of operations, CRM management, automation, and cross\-department coordination. You’ll work directly with leadership to execute high\-priority initiatives, improve workflows, and ensure our internal systems run efficiently. This is not a traditional admin role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, organizing complexity, and executing projects that impact the entire company. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ ### **Operations Execution** * Support cross\-department initiatives and remove operational bottlenecks * Help streamline workflows between Sales, Recruiting, Client Success, and Finance * Track and execute high\-priority leadership tasks ### **CRM \& Systems Support (HubSpot\-Focused)** * Build and optimize workflows inside HubSpot * Maintain pipeline accuracy and data integrity * Assist with reporting and automation setup * Support process documentation and SOP creation ### **Systems \& Tool Management** * Research and evaluate new tools and software solutions * Assist with implementation of ATS and automation systems * Test workflows and identify areas for improvement ### **Project Coordination** * Break down larger initiatives into actionable steps * Track deliverables across stakeholders * Follow up to ensure execution **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * 2\+ years in operations, systems coordination, CRM support, or similar roles * Hands\-on experience with **HubSpot** (workflows, pipelines, reporting preferred) * Strong understanding of process improvement * Comfortable working cross\-functionally * Detail\-oriented with strong execution ability * Proactive and comfortable taking ownership * Strong written and spoken English **Ideal Candidate Traits** -------------------------- * Thinks in systems, not just tasks * Comfortable sitting in meetings and contributing ideas * Learns tools quickly * Not afraid to troubleshoot independently * Wants upward mobility in operations or leadership **Why Join Us** --------------- You’ll work closely with leadership on high\-impact projects.
