**Location:** Coatepec **Experience:** 1 year or more. **English:** Intermediate \- Advanced **Objectives:** Ensure supply and guarantee sufficient availability of raw materials and/or packaging to meet production schedules based on product demand plans. **A day in the life of...** * Generate an 18-month supply plan for raw materials (ROH) and packaging materials (ZPCK/UNBW) to ensure material availability for meeting production schedules. * Ensure that working capital inventory coverage is the quantity required for production. * Monitor supply signals through MRP requirements, verifying that required dates, lead times, and quantities are correct; as well as purchase order creation and supplier fulfillment assurance. * Manage (creation, sending, confirmation, receipt, and payment) purchase orders for inputs to fulfill production schedules. Ensure resolution of errors or discrepancies in parked and/or blocked invoices, as well as follow-up on supplier rejections. **What will make you successful:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * 1 year of experience in end-to-end material planning and procurement (from purchase order placement to supplier payment). * Experience interacting with suppliers. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI.
