The ideal candidate will be responsible for calculating and estimating construction project costs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage of the process. **What Are We Looking For in You?** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with specialization and experience in Construction Site Residency. * Minimum required experience of 2–3 years in a recent role as a **construction quantity surveyor**, involved in budgeting and/or cost estimation. * Advanced knowledge of estimation and measurement software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). * Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and commitment. * Proficiency in quantity surveying and cost estimation software. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments. * Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Analyzing project drawings and documents to determine quantities of materials and resources required. * Preparing detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction project execution. * Collaborating with the project team to ensure quantities are accurate and aligned with established budgets. * Participating in project planning and progress meetings to provide cost and resource-related information. **Your Key Activities:** * Preparation of Unit Price Cards * Budget preparation and customer service * Project/Sales follow-up * Quotation requests to suppliers * Construction cost estimations * Site visits when required * Collection of extraordinary pricing data **What We Offer:** * Salary based on experience and expertise: $11,000–$12,000 net monthly * Monthly salary / biweekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability and long-term employment * Corporate benefits * Professional development and growth opportunities * Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * Half-day off on your birthday **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 8:30 am–6:30 pm * Saturday: 8:30 am–1:30 pm * Fixed day off: Sunday **Interested candidates meeting the requirements are requested to submit an updated CV.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $11,000.00–$12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
