**Job requirements**
* Minimum education: University degree or currently pursuing one.
* Experience in Foreign Trade, Importation, and Exportation.
* Advanced knowledge of invoicing.
* Intermediate level of English.
* Knowledge of Incoterms.
**Job responsibilities**
* Analyze Incoterms, types of shipments, and import/export timelines for accurate invoicing.
* Track and control supplier invoices for proper recording in accounts payable.
* Supervise that revenues are invoiced timely and correctly on a weekly and daily basis.
* Follow up with operations and suppliers to obtain invoices on time.
* Track and request fiscal cancellations from accounting, as requested by operations.
