A manufacturing-sector company is seeking a **Production Coordinator** with experience in managing productive projects, coordinating operational areas, and controlling plant-based processes. Job Objective Coordinate and supervise production processes to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and proper resource management, while maintaining effective communication among all departments involved in each project. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related field. * Minimum 4–5 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience coordinating production within the metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or related sectors. * Knowledge of planning and monitoring productive projects. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. * Experience in quality control and process supervision. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office. * Familiarity with Power BI and production planning tools is desirable. * Flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate production activities across different operational departments. * Develop and monitor the production schedule. * Supervise project progress and on-time delivery compliance. * Manage material requisitions and tracking. * Verify quality, finishes, and specifications of finished products. * Monitor production and efficiency KPIs. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes. * Coordinate communication among Production, Design, and Procurement. * Supervise compliance with industrial safety standards. * Prepare reports and track KPIs.
