**Purpose of the Role**

Provide key support across all sales controlling processes and act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams, ensuring accurate reconciliation, control, and documentation of commercial activity execution versus channel-specific plans. Deliver monthly visibility into the accuracy of executed investments and be accountable for generating and evaluating P\&L for In \& Out projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------------
* Monitor and control monthly budget execution (sales, trade marketing, and marketing) versus plan, identifying variances and risks.
* Analyze and validate provisions, accruals, and postmortems to ensure correct reconciliation and approval of credit memos in Salesforce.
* Prepare monthly financial reports providing visibility into execution versus planning, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
* Conduct profitability (P\&L) analysis for commercial initiatives and In \& Out projects.
* Manage financial control by channel, customer, and category, ensuring proper budget allocation and tracking.
* Participate in monthly closings, ensuring accuracy of financial information.
* Support audits through documentation and control of commercial activities and customer agreements.
* Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams as a finance partner for decision-making.
**Required Profile**

**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
**Experience:**
* 1–3 years of experience in FP\&A, Commercial Finance, or similar roles.
* Prior experience in consumer goods companies (preferred).
* Practical experience in budget management, commercial controlling, and financial analysis.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Understanding of commercial activities: pricing, ROI, brand support, controlling.
* Experience with provisions, reconciliations, and financial statements (P\&L).
* Intermediate Excel skills (formulas and data analysis; not basic).
* Tools: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce, Power BI, or HFM preferred.
* English and Spanish (intermediate level or higher; required for reporting and presentations).
