




We are looking for you 1 year of experience in last-mile logistics Customer service Delivery tracking management, handling of shipping labels and tracking platforms. Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems. Basic Excel Telephone etiquette Proactively identify and resolve in-transit incidents Continuously follow up on generated reports until resolution Monitor confirmed returns to ensure proper closure via reverse logistics Monitor in-transit returns to expedite correct return processing Strengthen relationships with courier services, acting as the primary communication channel for incident resolution Answer 95% of calls within 20 seconds Maintain call abandonment rate below 2% Respond to any request (internal/external customer) within a maximum of 2 business hours Follow up on clarifications to ensure resolution within a maximum of 72 business hours We offer: Base monthly salary of $8,364 net Monthly bonus of $600 net Statutory benefits Savings fund Career development plan Membership card Position type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience in mass recruitment of operational profiles?
