**What will be your mission?**
Ensure the accuracy of our stock by closely monitoring product turnover through the following activities:
* **Stock control:** Ensure that what is recorded on paper matches what is physically present.
* **Perishables management:** Monitor expiration dates, batches, and apply the **FIFO** system to prevent losses.
* **Discrepancy investigation:** Identify errors, shortages, or overages by analyzing unusual movements and producing clear reports.
* **Technology:** Update the inventory system in Excel.
* **Teamwork:** Collaborate with relevant departments to improve processes.
**What do you need to succeed with us?**
* **Experience:** 1–2 years in inventory management; **knowledge of perishables is mandatory.**
* **Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* **Profile:** An organized, analytical individual with keen attention to detail who enjoys teamwork.
