Position Summary: We are seeking a Sub-Director of Systems Development to lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of technological solutions focused on BASE24 and ATMs, driving transformation and innovation. We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Ensure the execution of Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation of Technological Solutions focused on BASE24, ATM processes, Tandem, and Guardian—acting as a leader in project management, planning, and tracking. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, where you will be responsible for: * Tracking project execution phases (Technical Analysis, Design, Construction, Unit Testing, Production Implementation) for BASE24 solutions. * Managing work plans, budgets, and resources associated with BASE24 projects and maintenance. * Ensuring development quality, secure coding practices, and adherence to development best practices. * Preparing required documentation according to Banorte’s methodology. * Applying solution architecture knowledge in system development, modeling, integration between different systems, and other areas designed for departmental evolution. * Engaging with and mastering cutting-edge technologies—including developing new ATM screen interfaces, adding new ATM functionality, ISO messaging communication, security, connectivity, and other ATM-related topics. * Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of your projects. * Engaging with topics such as Security, Networking, and Cloud Computing, which will complement your knowledge and experience in Computer Systems. * Liaising and negotiating with vendors related to ATM software (ACI, Concerto), as well as payment processing vendors (PROSA, eGlobal). **Requirements:** * Professional education: Computer Engineering degree, Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related field. * Years of experience: 2 years working with multidisciplinary teams involved in ATM-related projects. * Areas of expertise: Systems Development—having served as a programmer; project management knowledge desirable; Agile or Scrum knowledge is a plus; prior experience with vendors such as ACI or Concerto is essential. * Required knowledge: BASE24 functionality; BASE24 EPS knowledge desirable; basic understanding of Tandem and Guardian. * Languages: Proficiency in English reading is mandatory. * Willingness to travel: Not required. * Willingness to relocate: Not required.
