As a Corporate Educational Programs Analyst, we expect you to lead and execute corporate programs, ensuring a high-impact learning experience for clients, participants (passengers), and instructors (practitioners). Your role will be critical in guaranteeing efficient operations, achievement of program objectives, and continuous process improvement—thereby contributing to client satisfaction and Colectivo23's strategic growth\. **Job Responsibilities** * Lead the planning and implementation of low-to-moderate complexity B2B programs, ensuring effective and efficient program delivery. * Serve as the liaison between the company and internal stakeholders to ensure proper alignment with training needs. * Provide guidance and support to participants (students) and practitioners (instructors), address inquiries, and ensure their optimal experience within the program. * Provide guidance and resolve client inquiries related to participant (student) progress. * Perform administrative tasks required by the program (budget management, vendor coordination, creation of communication materials, among others). * Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using metrics, satisfaction surveys, and user interviews. * Maintain updated dashboards of departmental results. * Collaborate closely with the Operations, Learning, and Growth teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. * Prepare outcome presentations and final departmental reports. * Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in this role or in positions related to training program management or customer experience, preferably in the education sector. * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI. * Advanced proficiency in Google applications, Zoom, Teams, and similar platforms. * Familiarity with HubSpot and facilitation tools such as Mural, Kahoot, and Mentimeter. Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
