Ensure excellence in customer service and operational quality **At Maxiacero, our talent is the engine of success!** A 100% Mexican company with over 30 years of experience in the hardware industry, we are expanding our team with a **Branch Manager (Ceylan)**, whose primary objective is to ensure the profitability and proper operational functioning of the hardware store branch—overseeing inventory control, achievement of sales targets, and excellence in customer service—according to the organization’s quality standards. **What We Look for in You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (graduated or intern). * Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel supervision roles, preferably in the hardware, construction, or home improvement sectors. * ERP / POS system proficiency. * Knowledge of KPI interpretation. * Warehouse management (familiarity with merchandise arrangement techniques such as FIFO, inventory management, and industrial safety measures). * Knowledge of the sales model (prospecting, market scanning, accounts receivable recovery, lead generation, account maintenance, and activations). * Leadership. * Results orientation. * Strategic vision. * Negotiation skills. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Implement strategies to achieve monthly billing, profit margin, and branch operational control objectives. * Supervise merchandise receipt, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate cyclic inventories to prevent shrinkage. * Coordinate staff roles (sales associates, warehouse personnel), ensure training and positive workplace climate, and drive actions toward achieving commercial objectives. * Resolve conflicts, manage special orders, and provide high-quality technical advice on steel and hardware products. * Manage petty cash, bank deposits, cash counts, and operational reports as directed by the manager. * Ensure that the sales floor and warehouse comply with the company’s standards for order, product display, and safety. * Support area activities as directed by the manager. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $22,000.00 net per month. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, 15-day bonus, PV 25%). * Commissions. * Guarantee bonus of $5,000.00 during the first month, contingent upon progress in meeting KPIs. * Seniority bonus. * Savings fund. * Exclusive benefits available upon payroll portability to Banorte (medical assistance, life insurance, medical check-up, funeral services, diagnostic testing). * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Work Location:** Av.
