**LASER CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR** *Confidential company – Metalworking industry* **Job Description** We are seeking a Laser Cutting Machine Operator with experience in metal plate processing, focused on precision, material optimization, and production quality. **Responsibilities** * Operate laser cutting machines for metal plates (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.). * Perform nesting to optimize material utilization. * Adjust cutting parameters according to material type and thickness. * Identify and resolve common equipment issues (burrs, deviations, cutting problems, etc.). * Inspect the quality of finished parts. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of the work area and equipment. **Requirements** * Proven experience operating laser cutting machines. * Knowledge of material optimization (nesting). * Familiarity with various metal plate gauges and material behavior. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot technical issues. * Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented individual. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Schedule** * Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. **We Offer** * Salary of $16,000 to $19,000 per month (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
