We are seeking hosts to operate within an immersive experience created by a Mexican artist. You will be the guardian of Mystika Immersive in Mexico City and the ideal candidate to guide visitors through the experience: your role is pivotal, as you not only maintain the space but also serve as the human element that makes the difference in service quality and sensitivity. You are responsible for the designated area and the operation of immersive experiences, meaning you provide direct attention to visitors during a sensitive and audiovisual experience, while also maintaining order and guidance throughout the operation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Reception and management of visitors. * Group management and internal flow control within the experience. * Providing general museum information to visitors once you have learned our manual. * Following lost-and-found protocols. * Managing badges / identification cards / items held in custody. * Executing Visitor Service and Civil Protection protocols. * Implementing the internal manual to ensure high-quality customer experience. * Operating 7 immersive rooms on rotation.
