Job Summary: Europastry Mexico is seeking a Quality Analyst with experience in food regulations to verify processes and manage non-conforming products. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BPM, HACCP, ISO, and food safety. 2. Verification of Critical Control Points and deviation management. 3.
