Document organization and control ***Position due to company growth*** ***General Position Objective*** Support administrative control processes for imports and domestic/international procurement to ensure timely supply in compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements. ***Requirements*** Higher Technical University Degree or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in imports and procurement. Knowledge of purchase orders from creation to closure, maritime\-land customs clearance, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders for customs clearance through to warehouse delivery. Age: between 26 and 33 years old ***Competencies*** Responsibility and commitment, proactivity, results orientation, ability to work under pressure, ethics, and confidentiality of information. ***Areas of Knowledge*** Procurement processes (quotation, purchase orders, payments). International trade: goods importation. Customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, customs entry form, bill of lading, certificates, Incoterms, expense accounts). Logistics coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders. ERP or procurement system usage. Excel and Microsoft Office suite. ***Responsibilities*** Manage domestic and international procurement Report costs and delivery timelines – receipt Review purchase orders, pricing, quantities, and tracking Maintain up-to-date supplier and purchase order records Review customs documentation and monitor cargo release Coordinate import shipments and customs clearance ***Activities or Functions*** Request purchase orders for approval Coordinate deliveries at ports or border crossings Coordinate deliveries of received cargo to warehouses Prepare documentation for import procedures Coordinate with customs brokers for cargo receipt Monitor cargo transit (maritime and land) Verify product and expense invoices against purchase orders ***Skills*** Document organization and control. Supplier negotiation. Clear and effective communication. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Problem solving. ***Work Schedule*** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
