Job Objective Ensure proper execution of the regional technology strategy through technical project oversight, monitoring of key performance indicators (availability, performance, security, and costs), and cross-departmental coordination. Provide direct support to the CTO on technological decisions, solution analysis, and system architecture validation. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical reviews of architecture and critical solutions. Monitor technological KPIs (uptime, performance, availability). Review strategic backlogs with technical leaders. Coordinate regional change windows. Technically evaluate new vendors and technological solutions. Prepare executive technical reports for management. Analyze critical incidents and generate post-mortem reports. Validate capacity planning and technological growth plans. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in: Systems Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications Industrial Engineering Language Advanced English. Experience Minimum 3 years in senior technical roles, such as: Systems or software architecture Technology infrastructure Technical PMO Business analyst with technological focus Technical Knowledge Software architecture (microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, integration). Hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + cloud). Information security based on standards such as ISO 27001. Observability (monitoring, centralized logging, metrics, SLAs). Environment management (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD). Change management and version control. Technology cost models (CAPEX / OPEX). Data governance and operational continuity. Technology vendor management.
