




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle pre-payroll processing, personnel management, contract preparation, and employee support, with a focus on planning and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages pre-payroll processing and contract preparation. 2. Manages employee leave of absence and vacation records. 3. Provides internal customer service and resolves employee inquiries. Requirements • Desired education level: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. • Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and payroll. • Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. • Proficiency in Excel.
