We seek a candidate with experience in the education sector and commercial skills, capable of expanding market presence, building trust-based relationships, and securing opportunities with educational institutions in CDMX. Job Objective Expand market presence and close new accounts in schools through active prospecting, trust building, and commercial follow-up. Responsibilities • Prospect schools • Initiate contact with principals, coordinators, and parent associations • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings • Present the solution clearly and consultatively • Coordinate on-site demonstrations • Provide continuous follow-up until closure • Maintain and update the commercial pipeline Requirements • Experience in the education sector (teaching, coordination, administration, or school leadership) • Interest in or experience with sales or customer interaction • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Organizational discipline in follow-up activities • Availability for fieldwork Desirable: • Network of contacts within schools • Previous experience in consultative sales Ideal Candidate Profile • Proactive, consistent, and results-oriented • Ability to build trust in educational environments • Persistent in long sales cycles • Autonomous in fieldwork, yet supported by structured follow-up Compensation Package • Monthly base salary commensurate with experience • Commission structure tied to closed deals (performance-aligned) • Statutory benefits . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Keywords: director, management, governance, regency, executive, managing, commercial executive, salesman, saleswoman, seller, salesperson, academic, educational, DF, city, Mexico
