Strong verbal communication skills and affinity for interacting with people. Excellent personal presentation (Mandatory) Proficiency in administrative tasks and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Availability for commuting and flexible working hours. Responsibilities Promote products and train the agency’s sales staff. Provide customer service and advisory support. Follow up on sales opportunities and potential client portfolios. Maintain strong relationships with agency personnel. Ensure compliance with and follow-up on administrative and after-sales processes. We Offer: Monthly base salary: $9,200 MXN (tax-free). Uncapped monthly commission scheme (average $10,000 MXN).
