




DESCRIPTION * Monday to Saturday with rotating weekend rest * Eleven thousand monthly $11,000.00 * Food vouchers of $400.00 * Statutory benefits * Uniforms at no cost REQUIREMENTS * Handling of HSEQ reports * Promote responsibility and decision-making among supervised personnel. * Encourage proactivity and process analysis to achieve HSEQ objectives for supervised staff. * Ensure incident, accident, or risk situation investigations are carried out and propose corrective actions (report handling only, attention to audit processes, inspections by authorities). * Good manufacturing practices (NOM 251\) and/or Distintivo H (NMX605\) and/or Serv Safe * Basic concepts of food microbiology * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards * Mexican legislation on safety, health, civil protection, and environment SSA, and environmental regulations * Ability to deliver training courses to operational personnel
