Ensures proper handling of technical incidents by providing solutions when technicians are unable to resolve them, and guarantees operational continuity of equipment under their responsibility. Functions and Responsibilities * Supervise and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians in the field. * Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex incidents. * Ensure proper operation and availability of printing equipment. * Monitor and track response and resolution times (SLA). * Prepare administrative and technical reports on incidents, productivity, and performance. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and operational objectives. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Willingness to travel frequently (90% field-based position). * Experience in printing equipment maintenance; knowledge of Lexmark equipment is desirable. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical failures. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive are mandatory.
