Join our team and help more people hear the world around them better. **What are we looking for?** **General Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (sales experience preferred). * **Appearance:** Executive. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Documentation:** Tax Status Certificate. * **Verifiable Experience:** Employment references will be checked. **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Effective communication:** Must express ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt tone to maintain professional and empathetic conversations. * **Proficiency with systems and telephone tools:** Must skillfully use call management software, databases, and information registration platforms. * **Excellent spelling and writing skills.** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * **Answering incoming calls**, providing information, guidance, or resolving inquiries. * **Making outbound calls** to follow up with potential customers (leads) and schedule appointments. * **Providing support and follow-up** to customers via chat. * **Recording information** in systems or databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. * **Delivering friendly and professional service**, adhering to company protocols and standards. **Work Location:** **Av. Homero 544, Col.
