Execute the procurement process for goods and services promptly, ensuring that each transaction complies with stipulated tax, administrative, and quality requirements
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Accounting or related field (completed or incomplete)
Age: 20 to 40 years old
Administrative Skills and Soft Skills
Document Organization: Impeccable file management
Comparative quotations
Purchase orders.
Assertive Communication: Ability to manage expectations with internal customers and exert pressure on suppliers without damaging the relationship.
Basic Tax Knowledge:
Understanding the importance of correct invoicing (CFDI, withholdings, taxes) to avoid issues in Treasury.
Administrative Agility: Ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously without losing track of pending items.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare comparative tables (minimum of 3 quotations) to support decision-making
Track order status and ensure timely and accurate delivery
Manage supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with all legal and tax documentation
Support the Accounting department in resolving rejected invoices or price discrepancies
