Main Responsibilities * Multimedia Production: Recording and editing high-quality Reels, TikToks, and videos (using transitions, mystical color grading, and sound design). * Graphic Design: Creation of educational carousels, course covers, and branding materials in Canva or Adobe Suite. * Content Strategy: Development of a monthly editorial calendar aligned with product launches, rituals, and lunar phases (or business objectives). * Copywriting: Writing persuasive, soulful captions, newsletters, and video scripts. * Platform Management: Publishing and optimizing content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts). 2. Candidate Profile * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years creating content for personal brands or industries such as wellness, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle. * Technical Skills: * Expert proficiency in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere/After Effects. * Proficiency in Canva Pro and AI tools for image generation or voice editing. * Knowledge of smartphone photography/video (lighting, framing, and "aesthetic" visual style). * Soft Skills: * Self-management: Ability to work onsite while delivering tasks independently without constant supervision. * Aesthetic Vision: Ability to maintain the account’s elegant and clean "vibe".
