




Job Summary: This position focuses on comprehensive customer relationship management, property supervision, and fostering community organization in condominiums. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of customer complaints and requests 2. Supervision and delivery of homes to customers 3. Promotion of neighborhood organization and condominium administration Responsibilities: \-Receiving, tracking, and resolving customer requests, inquiries, and complaints. Providing customer service throughout the entire purchasing process. \-Supervising homes prior to delivery to customers and delivering them according to the agreed purchase conditions. \-Obtaining ATVs (Anticipated Tabulation Values) and APVs (Anticipated Prototype Values). \-Attending field appraisers, conducting site visits, and taking photographs for commercial, tax, and cadastral appraisals. \-Tracking and resolving complaints filed with PROFECO. \-Promoting neighborhood organization. Organizing events (if necessary) that encourage resident participation, coexistence, and integration. Assisting in the formation of the first condominium committee to receive the private development from the construction company and assume administrative responsibilities. \-Experience in condominium administration and maintenance. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, and RUV Portal * Experience organizing events that foster neighborly interaction * Class A driver’s license We Offer: * Monthly gross salary of $20,000 * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
