We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Serve, develop, and enhance the assigned SME segment client portfolio in accordance with established guidelines to achieve targets, profitability, and market share within this segment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Place and promote SME products and services through the assigned client portfolio. * Prospect new clients to offer and cross-sell SME segment products and services, thereby increasing the segment’s and the institution’s profitability. * Enhance and develop high-revenue clients and increase product cross-selling, aiming to foster client loyalty and become their primary bank. * Train and advise SME clients on SME segment products and services. * Be responsible for the SME segment budget at their branch(es) or assigned client portfolio. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an SME advisor, placing and evaluating credit. * Credit knowledge and analysis. * Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, excellent verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship abilities. *At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
