Continuous search for competitive and profitable proposals. **Description:** ---------------- JOB OBJECTIVE To prepare, analyze, and control unit prices, budgets, and costs for construction projects, ensuring proper integration of materials, labor, machinery, and indirect expenses to guarantee competitive and profitable proposals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Quoting for companies specializing in fenestration or curtain wall systems. * Preparing unit price analyses according to project specifications. * Compiling base budgets and tender submissions. * Quantifying materials and construction volumes. * Updating the supplier registry. * Conducting cost and economic proposal comparisons. * Requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Reviewing machinery and labor productivity. * Developing item catalogs. * Supporting public and private tenders. * Monitoring cost variations during project execution. * Updating price databases. * Preparing cost and budget reports. Basic to intermediate English. KNOWLEDGE: * Advanced Excel. * AutoCAD (basic/intermediate). * Industrial materials (preferred). * ERP systems (SAP, CONTPAQ, Oracle – preferred). * MS Project (preferred).
