Job Objective: To manage the operation of various after-sales processes, in accordance with Group and Brand policies, to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction goals, as well as to comply with established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Design operational strategies for the after-sales area (service, parts, bodywork and painting, technicians). * Establish programs and initiatives to retain existing customers and increase productivity. * Supervise the proper functioning of after-sales departments. * Monitor and implement projects with insurance companies to ensure quality service delivery. * Promote continuous improvement across all processes, aiming to enhance departmental performance indicators. * Supervise compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations. * Ensure adherence to Customer Satisfaction standards.
