We are currently looking for a results-oriented Digital Trafficker with an analytical profile and experience in performance campaigns. **Job Objective** Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition using advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools. **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize campaigns on: * Meta Ads * Google Ads * DSPs and similar platforms * Define targeting strategies, audiences, locations, and campaign objectives. * Monitor and optimize campaign performance with a focus on KPIs and results. * Manage budgets and reallocate investment based on performance. * Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages. * Develop remarketing strategies and conversion funnels. * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. * Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and scaling. * Collaborate with commercial and creative teams to enhance campaign performance. **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in planning and executing digital campaigns. * Proficiency in: * Meta Business Manager * Google Ads * Google Analytics * Google Tag Manager * Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) * Knowledge of digital metrics, performance, and campaign optimization. * Analytical mindset, data- and results-driven. * Experience managing advertising budgets. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of probability and statistics. * Experience preparing projections, numerical analysis, and reports.
