**RH HUNTING is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician in Teoloyucan, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A Mexican company specializing in plastic injection is hiring a Mold Maintenance Technician!** **Work location:** El Trebol, Tepotzotlán, Méx. **Requirements:** * Completed technical degree. * 1–3 years of experience in mold maintenance or a similar position. * Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving faults in plastic injection molds and hot runner systems. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of molds and tooling. * Knowledge of mold mechanics, interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment such as overhead cranes or hoists. * Knowledge of TIG, MIG, and stick welding processes. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds and tooling; record activities in form FSC\-08\-01\-B. * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and modifications to molds according to maintenance orders issued by production. * Manage the dispatch, receipt, and transfer of molds/tooling, and generate critical spare parts lists per mold. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper placement of molds according to the established layout. * Support mold assembly and disassembly as required by the assembly department. * Keep the workstation, workshop, and tools used clean and organized. * Safely store, organize, and use work tools. **Compensation:** * Base salary of $16,000–$17,000 net per month (negotiable based on experience). * Punctuality and attendance bonus of $300 pesos per week. * Food vouchers of $500 pesos per month. * Statutory benefits (effective from day one).
