INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (TULTITLÁN)

A Mexican company with 30 years of experience in the construction sector, specializing in the manufacturing of industrial buildings, is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to immediately join its workforce. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary: $12,000 net (tax-free). * Weekly payroll payments. * Full IMSS registration at 100% of the salary. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits: Per diems for out-of-town projects, uniform, and a mobile phone. **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** * Base: Cartagena Industrial Park, Tultitlán, State of Mexico. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 08:00–13:00 hrs. * Note: Candidates must reside near the Tultitlán area or its surroundings. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technician in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or a related field. * Age: Maximum 50 years. * Minimum experience: 1 year in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Required technical knowledge: * Industrial, hydraulic, and/or electromechanical mechanics. * Proficiency in hand tools (wrenches, ratchets, sockets, calipers, etc.). * Proficiency in power tools (polishers, drills, welding equipment). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of site equipment (roll forming machines, shears, binding machines). * Maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks. * Occasional maintenance of warehouse and office physical facilities. * Availability for occasional field projects (out-of-town). **INTERESTED CANDIDATES:** Interested applicants are kindly requested to send an updated resume or job application directly to **Lic.
