Requirements: 1 year or less of experience in fiber optics (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of fiber optic splicing, installation, or maintenance. Willingness to travel and relocate as required by project needs. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Teamwork and responsibility. Main Responsibilities: Assist in fiber optic splicing tasks. Support network installation and maintenance activities. Basic handling of tools and equipment used in the field.
