




Job Summary: We are seeking a Grill Chef Supervisor with experience in fast food preparation and grill operation, who is proactive and responsible. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of FIFO and H Certification **Grill Chef Supervisor** for a fast food kitchen (Wings, Salads, French Fries, Hamburgers, Nuggets, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Chapatas, and other similar dishes), with schedule availability to cover: Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM Mondays are days off. We seek a candidate with at least 2 years of **verifiable** experience in food preparation (preferably fast food), grill operation, fryer operation, and salamander operation. The candidate should live relatively close to the work location, be proactive, knowledgeable in FIFO, familiar with H Certification, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and be responsible and punctual. Work location: Adjacent to Mexico City International Airport; reference point: Hangares Metro Station, Yellow Line. We offer salary plus statutory benefits.
