Administer MRP for procurement planning and inventory levels **National Procurement Manager** A growing company is looking for a **National Procurement Manager** with experience in comprehensive supply management, supplier negotiation, and procurement department performance indicator control. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field**. * Minimum **4–5 years of experience in domestic procurement**. * Experience in **MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement management**. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with **MRP for supply planning**. * Experience in the **end-to-end procurement process (requisition, quotation, negotiation, purchase order, follow-up, and receipt)**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel**. * Experience in **negotiating and developing domestic suppliers**. * Experience in **managing procurement KPIs and performance control**. **Responsibilities** * Manage the **entire domestic procurement process**. * Ensure **timely supply of MRO materials, supplies, and spare parts**. * Administer **MRP for procurement planning and inventory levels**. * Negotiate **costs, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers**. * Evaluate and develop **strategic suppliers**. * Monitor **departmental KPIs (savings, delivery times, supplier compliance, inventory turnover, etc.)**. * Track **purchase orders and delivery fulfillment**. * Coordinate with **warehousing, maintenance, production, and internal departments** to ensure supply continuity.
