Main Responsibilities Administration and outsourcing of payroll for a workforce exceeding 300 employees. Execution and validation of tax and labor calculations (settlements, severance payments, annual benefits). Ensuring payment accuracy through Excel validation tools. Maintenance of up-to-date information in systems Requirements: What Are We Looking For? **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable payroll experience (mandatory). **Management:** Ability to manage a headcount of 300 or more employees. **Technical Knowledge:** Calculation of regular and extraordinary payroll; calculation of PTU (Profit Sharing), settlements, severance payments, and Christmas bonuses (aguinaldos); Excel: Intermediate level (validation formulas, pivot tables); Plus: Social Security knowledge (desirable); Software: Preferably SAP or Oracle experience 1 years
