Maintain data quality and transactional accuracy **Job Description** ------------------- ***Role purpose*** The Deployment Planner / Analyst executes core deployment routines and supports strong operational performance through disciplined planning, data accuracy, and consistent follow\-through. This role helps improve service, cost, and productivity by maintaining process discipline, supporting KPI visibility, and contributing to stable day\-to\-day deployment execution. ***Key responsibilities*** * Execute deployment planning activities and daily routines in line with defined standards, priorities, and service requirements * Monitor operational performance and support routine tracking of key deployment KPIs Identify and escalate execution risks, exceptions, and performance gaps that affect service, cost, and planning stability * Maintain data quality and transactional accuracy across deployment\-related systems and master data touchpoints * Support issue resolution by providing structured analysis and follow\-up on operational disruptions Contribute to process adherence through accurate execution of standard work, controls, and documented routines * Support updates to process documentation, process maps, and RACI definitions for deployment activities * Support use of dashboards, reports, and automation tools that improve visibility and reduce manual work ***Success measures*** * Accuracy, timeliness, and discipline in execution of deployment routines * Quality of KPI tracking and reporting inputs across service, cost, expedites, cancellations, manual touches, product left\-off, and Deployment Champions KPIs * Data accuracy and process adherence across deployment tools and master data\-related activities * Timely identification and escalation of risks affecting service and cost performance * Contribution to achievement of Deployment Champions KPIs through strong execution support Key capabilites * Strong execution discipline and attention to detail * Analytical mindset and problem\-solving capability * Ability to work effectively with operational data, KPIs, and routine performance tracking * Working knowledge of core deployment tools, including Excel, OMP, Ortec, SAP, Power BI, and Power Apps * Ability to maintain data accuracy and process discipline across systems * Strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders ***Experience/Background*** * Experience in supply chain, logistics, deployment, planning, or analytics * Experience working with operational KPIs, routine reporting, and planning processes * Ability to work effectively across systems, data, and cross\-functional routines * Education/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related field required * 2 years of experience in similar roles required * ASCM\-APICS certification in planning or inventory management preferred **Location(s)** --------------- Mexico City \- Antara Tower A \- 5th Floor \- Local Office **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority** **Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals** **with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes** **.**
