Job Summary:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the plant's overall production operations, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, delivery timelines, and resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise all production areas of the plant.
2. Develop and execute the master production plan.
3. Manage performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity and efficiency.
**Job Objective**
To plan, coordinate, supervise, and ensure the plant’s comprehensive production operations, guaranteeing adherence to work schedules, quality standards, delivery deadlines, industrial safety, profitability, and proper management of human, material, and technical resources.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Lead and supervise the overall operation of all plant production areas.
* Coordinate area supervisors (carpentry, painting, metalwork, acrylic, CNC, finishing, warehouse, and production).
* Develop and execute the **master production plan**, prioritizing delivery timelines and available resources.
* Monitor compliance with **quality**, productivity, and operational efficiency standards.
* Ensure proper use of materials, machinery, tools, and plant infrastructure.
* Coordinate and track special projects, installations, dismantling, and activations.
* Manage performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, waste, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with **Design, Procurement, Logistics, HR, and Management** to ensure smooth project flow.
* Supervise compliance with **industrial safety** regulations, mandatory use of PPE, and risk prevention.
* Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs for machinery and facilities.
* Participate in hiring, evaluation, and development processes for operational staff.
* Resolve operational conflicts and make immediate decisions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
* Submit periodic reports to Management on plant progress, incidents, and results.
**Requirements**
* **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related field (degree holder or final-year intern preferred).
* **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in similar roles within production plants, manufacturing, furniture, or construction industries.
* **Desirable experience in:**
* Fabrication of exhibition stands, displays, furniture, and special projects.
* Manufacturing processes involving wood, metalwork, painting, and finishing.
* Operational staff management.
* Production planning and control.
Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month
