Bartender / Mixologist At **La Última Chela**, we are seeking an experienced **bartender with cocktail and bar service expertise** to join our team. Our concept is a modern, urban restaurant-bar focused on delivering an excellent customer experience; therefore, we seek individuals with a positive attitude, speed, and professional appearance. Key responsibilities: * Preparation of beverages and cocktails. * Creation of signature cocktails and classic drinks. * Customer service and bartending. * Preparation and organization of supplies. * Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area. * Assistance during opening and closing procedures. * Basic inventory control and glassware handling. * Maintaining speed and quality during operations. Requirements: * Proven experience as a bartender or in bar service. * Knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation. * Prior experience in signature cocktail creation is preferred. * Professional appearance and strong service orientation. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork skills. * Flexible availability for scheduling. Work location: San Vicente Chicoloapan, State of Mexico. Schedule: Afternoon/night shift with midweek day off.
