Monitoring of KPIs and support for continuous improvement **Fleet Maintenance Analyst** Tultitlán, State of Mexico \| On-site At **Envíalo México**, a company focused on pharmaceutical logistics, we are looking for a **Fleet Maintenance Analyst** to help ensure the availability and proper operation of our fleet. **What will you do?** * Track maintenance service orders * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance * Control and manage fleet documentation * Interact with maintenance suppliers * Monitor departmental KPIs * Support continuous improvement through objective tracking (OKRs) **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in automotive mechanics or related field * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics, electricity, and refrigeration systems * Experience in fleet or transportation maintenance (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and administrative follow-up * Organized, analytical individual with strong sense of responsibility **We Offer** * Net monthly salary: $9,750 MXN * Weekly payment * Performance review after 6 months with growth potential * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Professional development within the company **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs **Location** Tultitlán, State of Mexico (100% on-site) Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site employment Salary: $9,750.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site employment
