Internal Auditor – Hilo Negro Mexico City Full-time At Hilo Negro, we are looking for an Internal Auditor with an operational and administrative focus, capable of supervising processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with internal policies across our branches. The position is responsible for verifying operational controls, inventories, cash handling, process compliance, and proper resource management. Responsibilities Conduct operational and administrative audits at branches. Verify inventories, shrinkage, and supply control. Supervise cash register closings and cash handling. Identify deviations, poor practices, or non-compliance. Prepare audit reports and metrics. Follow up on incidents and action plans. Validate compliance with processes and internal policies. Supervise merchandise receipt and supplier control. Support implementation of operational and administrative controls. Conduct regular visits to branches. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing, operational control, or restaurant administration. Knowledge of inventories, costs, and cash handling. Proficiency in Excel and report preparation. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Honesty, discretion, and sense of responsibility. Willingness to travel between branches.
