Direct employment with statutory benefits. · Growth opportunity within a company engaged in national and international projects. · Work environment oriented toward continuous improvement and process innovation. **Responsibilities:** · Plan, organize, and supervise production lines (cutting, planing, assembly, sanding, painting/finishing, and packaging). · Ensure compliance with production schedules, minimizing downtime and material waste. · Maintain furniture-specific quality standards: durability, uniform finish, resistance, and precise geometry for product display. · Manage input inventory and coordinate with warehouse to prevent stoppages due to material shortages. · Lead, train, and evaluate the operator team, promoting safety, order, and productivity. · Submit daily production, efficiency, and non-conformance reports to the plant manager. · Implement corrective and preventive actions in response to process failures or deviations. **Requirements:** · Proven experience as a production supervisor in wood, carpentry, or furniture manufacturing industries. · Technical knowledge of machinery: saws, planers, assembly machines, sanders, painting equipment (spray guns, booths, dryers). · Ability to read technical drawings and production orders (dimensions, materials, hardware). · Proficiency in managing productivity indicators. · Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday and half-day Saturdays. · Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (degree not mandatory if experience is substantial). · Work location: Chalco or Valle de Chalco. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** · Results-oriented individual with shop-floor leadership and ability to make quick decisions. · Quality- and deadline-focused. · Clear and objective communication.
