We offer all statutory benefits, vacation entitlement starting after 6 months, regular workshops, family-responsibility leave, and study leave. **Job Description** As a **Group Loan Financial Advisor**, you will be responsible for promoting, disbursing, and monitoring group loans. You will also play a key role in expanding our customer portfolio and meeting performance targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promotion and disbursement of group loans. * Monitoring and collection of payments from assigned groups. * Developing strategies to expand the customer portfolio. * Maintaining up-to-date records and submitting daily reports. * Conducting field prospecting (door-to-door visits). * Coordinating client visits and maintaining strong client relationships. * Attending portfolio status meetings and analytical review sessions. **Requirements:** * Ability to build strong client relationships. * Experience in sales or promotion of financial products (preferred). * Proactive, results-oriented, and team-focused attitude. * Willingness to work both in the field and at the branch. * Excellent time management and autonomy. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional growth and continuous training. * Base salary: $11,400.00 plus bonuses (Production, Completed Cycle, Clean Portfolio, Punctuality) * Dynamic and collaboration-oriented work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:45 am to 2:00 pm.
