Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in coordinating HVAC system projects, customer service, and personnel management, possessing solid technical knowledge in calculations and equipment selection. Key Highlights: 1. Simultaneous project coordination and customer service 2. Personnel management and preparation of technical documents 3. Expertise in HVAC systems: calculations, equipment selection, and sizing **Requirements:** **Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree.** **Minimum 5 years of experience.** · Coordination of concurrent projects. · Participation in internal meetings and client meetings. · Activity planning and scheduling. · Personnel management. · Preparation of descriptive reports / calculation reports. · Preparation of quantity takeoffs and item catalogs. · Proficiency in HAP and AutoCAD. · Proficiency in Revit (desirable). **Knowledge in:** · Thermal load calculations. · Selection of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. · Sizing of ducts and piping. · Chilled water / condensate water systems: chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, etc. · Equipment for ventilation systems. · Direct expansion (DX) systems (mini-splits, multi-splits, VRF, packaged units, precision units, etc.). · Air distribution systems: constant volume / variable volume. **WE OFFER:** Base salary negotiable according to experience.
