About the role
We are seeking a **strategic commercial leader** to lead and develop the **Concrete Business Unit** nationwide, responsible for driving profitable business growth, designing and implementing the commercial strategy, and strengthening high-level relationships with **construction companies, developers, corporate clients, and strategic projects**.
The position has regional scope and plays a key role in **sales, profitability, market share, and commercial team leadership**, ensuring proper execution of the business model.
Your skills and experience
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration**, or a related field.
* A postgraduate degree or diploma in Sales, Commercial Management, Business, or Finance is desirable.
**Experience**
* Minimum **7–10 years** of commercial experience within the **construction sector**, preferably in **ready-mix concrete** or high-volume materials.
* **3+ years** leading **business units, commercial departments, or sales teams**.
* Experience managing **key accounts**, high-impact projects, and corporate clients.
* Direct engagement with **construction companies, developers, urban infrastructure, and public/private construction projects** across the country.
**Specific Knowledge**
* In-depth knowledge of the **concrete market**:
+ ready-mix concrete
+ concrete technology (strengths, mix designs, admixtures)
+ logistics, operations, and on-site delivery
* Planning and execution of **commercial and pricing strategies**.
* Analysis of **profitability, margins, volumes, and product mix**.
* Managing the **purchasing decision-making core** in projects (management, procurement, construction, engineering).
* Budgeting, forecasting, commercial KPIs, and performance tracking.
* Advanced proficiency in **CRM, Excel, PowerPoint**, and management tools.
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strategic leadership and ability to **manage commercial teams**.
* Strong focus on **results, profitability, and business growth**.
* Strategic market vision and ability to anticipate opportunities.
* Excellent **executive-level negotiation skills**.
* Effective communication with senior-level clients and internal teams.

**Other Requirements**
* **Residence in CDMX**, or willingness to relocate to the area.
* Willingness to **travel** domestically as required by business needs.
* English level B2–C1
